Located right in the heart of Center City Philadelphia our customer service team is personable and professional. They are here to help answer your questions and enable your staff. They are not just here when it isn’t working, they are here to make it work better.
On-site / Desktop / Remote Support – We tailor a plan specifically to fit your needs. Armed with the latest tools, we often can support staff remotely, which is an extremely effective way of keeping costs down. However, we realize that sometimes having someone on-site is a better approach.
Administration – All of the things that the IT department needs to handle to keep your operations in order and corporate compliance in check are in place. Good account management, systems security, inventory management, documentation and best practices are why you choose a company with many years of experience.
Technology Officer – Each client is assigned a senior engineer, who acts as their lead technologist, helping to ensure good design and best practices. They collaborate with their piers and the senior staff to ensure each client receives the best support possible.
IT Management and the CIO – All of our clients are partnered with an IT Officer / CIO and benefit from our senior managements collective experience. We prepare a personalized Client Services Plan (CSP) that includes a thorough strategy for Technology, Applications, and Support.
